Career Background:

Lindsay brings more than 18 years of clinical research experience overseeing complex clinical development programs across a wide range of therapeutic areas and developmental phases. She has extensive expertise in clinical trial operations, project management, vendor oversight, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional team leadership in ophthalmology within CRO, sponsor, and vendor environments. Throughout her career, Lindsay has played a key role in early phase development of formulations as well as advancing late stage developments to IND and NDA approvals with the FDA. She also has extensive experience with CTMS development, having consulted with a CTMS vendor for 8 years. In her current role, Lindsay provides strategic oversight for clinical programs, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and successful study execution. She oversees studies with a focus on partnerships with clients, investigators, and study teams to ensure clinical programs are executed with excellence, transparency, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with agency regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and industry best practices.

Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research from Campbell University, graduating with distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
